- What does HSO stand for and how is it different from traditional probiotics?
HSOs (Homeostatic Soil Organisms) are a proprietary probiotic formula developed exclusively for Garden of Life. HSOs are unique in that
they are naturally occurring colony arrays of beneficial microbes, which have been un mutated or hybridized from the original cultures found in their native and pristine
environment. Designed to implant in any colonic environment, HSOs are impervious to stomach acids, digestive enzymes, changes in temperature or pH levels.
- How many different foods are in Perfect Food and how many servings of vegetables are in one
serving of Perfect Food?
There are over 45 nutrient dense "superfoods" in Perfect Food. One serving of Perfect Food
is equal to 5-10 servings of vegetables! Perfect Food is over 86% pure "green foods" by volume!
- What are UltraZorbe caplets?
The UltraZorbe (Ultra-absorption) caplet delivery system is a revolutionary technology whereby all nutrients and ingredients used in that product retain their
maximum nutritive content, viability, and "live" food properties. The UltraZorbe capletting procedure involves no heat, very minimal pressure, and is designed to

- What is the Poten-Zyme process?
The Poten-Zyme (Poten-tiation by Enzym-atic activation) process is a proprietary process of natural lacto-fermentation and enzymatic predigestion within a matrix
of carefully selected whole foods. It is similar in concept and function to the natural process which turns milk into yogurt, soybeans into miso or cabbage into traditional
sauerkraut. The bioavailability and absorption of nutrients using this special process in increased from 2-5 times.
- Why the switch from gelatin capsules to UltraZorbe caplets?
Traditional nutrient delivery by capsules, comprise 5-20% cellulose by volume. Non-vegetarian capsules use pork or bovine by-products as a base. There has been much concern
of late with the quality (or lack thereof) and cleanliness of these nutrients. Weight and dosage can vary as much as 20% per capsule in any one batch of gelatin capsules.
This is why caplets or tablets are the delivery method of choice by the pharmaceutical industry. A 5-10% variation in delivery time, dosage quantity or volume could prove

- What is the bacteria CFU (colony forming unit) count per caplet of Primal
Defense:?
We don't measure the viability and efficacy of the HSOs in Primal Defense with CFUs. Traditionally probiotics are
temperature, age, pH, and light sensitive and require very high (millions or billions) of CFUs per serving as most of the beneficial microbes die off prior to their
colonization in the GI. The proprietary blend of HSOs in Primal Defense are unique in that they are "true" soil based,
un mutated beneficial probiotics which are thrive and remain "active" in virtually any temperature or pH level and will remain stable for years at room temperature in
Primal Defense.
- Can I take Primal Defense with intestinal
cleansing products?
Primal Defense is best taken as a "stand alone" foundational probiotic supplement. But can be taken in conjunction with other
food-based or mild herbal nutritional supplements. As with any dedicated health program, it is always advisable to consult your physician or health care provider as he/she
will be familiar with your particular health needs.
- Is there a larger size of Primal Defense? What are
my options for purchasing the product, I am running low and want to continue the program?

- If I am taking Perfect Food do I need to take a multi-vitamin supplement?
Perfect Food is a fantastic way to get your daily nutrients. It contains the nutritional equivalent of 5-10 servings of vegetables
per serving (2 tablespoons), an excellent source of Vitamin C, and bioflavonoids. Perfect Food is partially predigested using the
Poten-Zyme process for increased absorption and bioavailabilty.
- Is maintaining a healthy diet essential while taking your products?
It sure helps! The food concentrates and nutritional supplements from beyondprobiotics.net and our associate,

- What is the difference between Perfect Food "Super Green Formula" and
Perfect Food UltraZorbe caplets?
The two products contain the same ingredients and offer the same quantity of nutrients per serving. Two level tablespoons (one serving) of Perfect
Food powder is equivalent to five Perfect Food UltraZorbe caplets (one serving). Whether you prefer a
caplet or a powdered drink, you will be receiving an equal serving of green foods from one serving of each product.

- Will the Primal Defense help improve the friendly
bacteria in my intestinal tract?
Yes! Primal Defense contains one of the most powerful probiotic (HSO) blends on the market. There are between 2-4
pounds of bacteria in the intestinal tract. Scientists estimate that there are more bacterial cells in your gastrointestinal tract than the entire number of cells in the rest
of the body. For a healthy system it is critical to maintain a healthy "beneficial" bacterial count within your GI. Primal Defense
helps provide that. It is recommended that there be approximately 85% beneficial bacteria to 15% pathogenic bacteria in the GI. Most people have those numbers reversed!

- I am currently taking acidophilus. Could I be getting too much beneficial bacteria if I start taking
Primal Defense as well?
It is very difficult, if not impossible to get "too much" of a good thing, like beneficial probiotics. The 14 strain HSO formula in
Primal Defense will only help and assist the other friendly bacteria you are supplementing.
- Is your product only available in the U.S.?

- Can Celiac or gluten sensitive people take Perfect Food?
Yes, Perfect Food Original (When comparing the ingredients to Celiac Sprue Association: Grains &
Flours).
- Can Celiac or gluten sensitive people take Primal Defense?
Yes, the cereal grasses in Primal Defense do not contain gluten; however tell everyone like this to
start the Primal Defense with a low dosage of one per day for at least 2 or 3 weeks.
- I am suffering from Crohns (Hepatitis, Cancer), what products would be best for me?
The foundation of our program is Primal Defense getting the GI track and especially the colon in
good health. Also add RM-10 adjunctive therapy.
- How much of the magnesium sterate is in the Primal Defense
Ultra Zorbe caplets?
The caplets contain less than 1% magnesium sterate. This is a very low amount in the product and we believe that it would not be biologically
noticed.
- What diet would be best for someone recovering from Crohns disease?
Simply put, the diet has to be soft and easily digestible. All the hard vegetables like carrots, beans, cabbage, broccoli etc. should be boiled
thoroughly until soft, making a broth and consumed along with fresh vegetable juices. Owning a juicer and juicing twice a day would be strongly advised. Take
Primal Defense and
Revival Male or
Revival Female on a daily basis with adjunct therapy of
RM-10.
- What is the Vitamin & Mineral profile of Perfect Food?

- What is the difference between the two Perfect Foods?

- Which products should pregnant and/or nursing mothers take?
All of our products can used before pregnancy at the recommended dosage. If you have been taking Primal Defense
for three or more months, have finished detoxification, and become pregnant, it would be safe to continue with the maintenance dose of Primal
Defense. Because of detoxification issues, we have always advised pregnant women to reserve administration of Primal Defense
until after full recovery from delivery. With the exception of Primal Defense, all the rest of our products can be used safely
while pregnant; they are whole food. It is always advised to check with your health care practitioner for the dosage of any dietary supplement.
- Will you have Fruits of Life in a tablet?
It comes only in powder. We are always developing new products.
- Can Goatein be used as an infant formula?
Goatein would be a good adjunct protein for the infant. Remember that
Goatein is not instant milk. It is a protein supplement and coarser in texture compared to whey protein.
- What is the difference between Primal Defense
and Nature's Biotics?
Primal Defense has predigested cereal grasses and a full range of
HSO s and other Probiotics. Nature's Biotics contain SBO's and no cereal grasses. Primal Defense
comes in capsules and powder, while Nature's Biotics are capsules.
- What is the count of Probiotics in Primal Defense?

- Do anti-fungal's like olive leaf extract and caprylic acid interfere with
Primal Defense?
Primal Defense should be taken by itself. The olive leaf extract
and caprylic acid taken at a different time should not compromise the growth of the HSO s.
- Does Goatein have calcium? If so how much?
Yes, one serving has 11% of the minimum daily requirement.
- Can Goatein replace my baby formula? Can I take it while pregnant or nursing?
Many of our customers add Goatein to their infant's diet. This can be done in the bottle or mixed with baby food.
Goatein is safe for pregnant or nursing mothers needing a clean protein source.
